Overview
Built an end-to-end creative system for small business owners under constant MCA stress. Defined the core concept platform and messaging angles, translated insights into high-impact “scroll-stopping” visual metaphors, and led cross-functional execution (design/motion/copy). Delivered multi-format assets and iterated based on performance signals—driving stronger acquisition efficiency (up to 4.5x ROAS, -52% CPA).
